Formatting Paragraph Text
The “Paragraph” format should be used for all text on a web page that is not part of a heading or list format.
Select the text
With the page or section in edit mode, select the text you wish to format.

Choose a format
Click the “Formats” drop down menu, select Blocks, and then Paragraph.

The “paragraph” format will then apply the correct font size and line spacing to the text.

Formatting Headings
Important
For accessibility compliance, use headings in order on the page, beginning with Heading 2. Web pages should only have one Heading 1 on the page, and we automatically apply Heading 1 to the page title. A page can have multiple occurrences of the other headings.
