Locate the video
Go to the Vimeo site. Locate and select the video you wish to place on your web page.
Click the Share button (it looks like a paper airplane).
Click in the Embed box and copy the embed code.
(Ctrl+C on your keyboard or right-click and select Copy).
Locate and select the page
In different browser window or tab, open WebEdit. Locate the page you wish to edit and click the edit tab.
Insert the video
Scroll down to a Content area. Click within the WYSIWYG editor at the location where the video will be placed. Hit the Enter key (on your keyboard) to insert a blank line.
Click the Insert/Edit Embedded Media button in the editing toolbar.
On the Insert/Edit Embedded Media window, click the Embed code tab. Remove content from the Embed Code box, and paste in the code you copied from the Vimeo site. Click the Insert button.
The video will show in WebEdit as a yellow box in the WYSIWYG editor window.
Submit to save
When finished entering content, click the Submit button at the very bottom of the page.
Spell check
A spell check may appear. You can either modify specific words, or leave them set to "ignore" and Submit one more time.
A green bar at the top of the screen will indicate that your data was saved successfully.

If the changes are ready to be viewed publicly, publish the page.
