Locate and Edit the image.

In the asset tree, locate the image you wish to update. Edit the image by selecting and clicking the Edit tab or using the Context menu (via the arrow to the right of the image).

Have the revised image ready to upload and in a visible location.

Make sure that the revised image file is in a visible location, such as the desktop.

Drag and drop image file into WebEdit window.

Click and hold down the cursor over the image file to grab it. Still grabbing the file, hover it over the WebEdit 'New File' window and release it to drop it in.

Use the Browse button as an alternate method.

For those preferring a different uploading approach, you can use the traditional Browse button.

Do this by clicking the Browse button, locate the image in the popup window, and select the image file. Click the Open button to upload it.

Preview the updated image - Alter if needed.

A preview image will appear. If the image needs some quick adjustments, use the Image Editing Tool above the preview image.

Please Note: Images inserted into basic pages should not exceed 500 pixels wide.

Submit to save.

Click the Submit button to finish updating your image.

A green bar at the top of the screen will indicate that your image was uploaded successfully.

What's the next step?

  • If you wish to make further adjustments to your image, click on the Edit tab and use the Image Editing Tool.
  • If the image is ready for your page, continue onto the tutorial on how to insert images.
  • If the image is already connected to a page, simply publish the image to update it on the live site.
