Error Message

If there is an error message when attempting to publish, it means that the asset is not set to publish. Typically, a page or folder is set not to publish when it contains time-sensitive information or contains incomplete data. Be sure to check with your department or the Web Development department before changing this setting.

To change the asset setting back to publish, do the following steps:

For a page

For a folder



For a page, click the edit tab, to launch the editor tool.
Edit Page

Click on the System tab.
System Tab

Select "Publish"

Click Submit. The page is now set to publish.
Include when Publishing

For a folder, click the edit tab, to launch the editor tool.
Edit Folder

Select the "Publish" option.

Click Submit. The folder is now set to publish.
