Biography
Sheena Ino (she/they) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Portland State University. Over the last ten years, they have worked with people seeking support with depression, anxiety, trauma, crisis intervention, grief, life transitions, substance use concerns, relationship and power dynamics, identity development, academic distress, and navigating systems of oppression.
Sheena works in collaboration with students to explore and be curious about what it is that brings them to counseling and how that interacts with their ability to live a life of purpose, honors their healing, boundaries, and offerings in the world. Sheena’s style is warm, relational, conversational, and works to recognize the “ALL” in small-scale change.
Originally from San Jose, California, Sheena has been in Oregon for the last decade. They enjoy spending time in rest and movement, going on adventures, podcasts, and staying up on influences in culture and news.
