Salem Campus New Student Housing Timeline
- Sign up for housing – complete the application/contract: April 1 - May 31, 2024
- Roommate matching – students choose a roommate: June 1 – June 15, 2024
- Housing staff will match the remaining students without a roommate and place students into residence halls: June 16 - June 30, 2024
- Billing – Students receive their first tuition & housing billing: July 15, 2024
- Early Arrival Applications – open on the WU Housing Portal: June 1 – August 1, 2024
- Placement info out to students by August 4, 2024
- Sign up for August 20, 2024 move in times on WU Housing Portal (only folks NOT arriving early): August 1-15, 2024
- Deadline to change meal plan: September 6, 2024
