The Mail Center provides inserting services for non-profit mailings. Please call ahead to make arrangements.
Machine Inserting
- Machine inserting is for letter pieces only.
- The letters must be generic as they cannot be matched to the envelope.
- Our machine will fold, insert and seal up to 3 inserts at approx 3,000 pieces per hour.
- The pieces should not be folded as the machine does the folding.
- Please call ahead to ensure your mail piece is machine compatible.
Inserting by hand
- All mailings that cannot be machine inserted will be done by hand.
- Please allow ample time to process your mailings by hand.
