Registrar's Office Mission Statement

The Registrar’s office exists to facilitate student enrollment and graduation from Willamette University. It does this by providing high quality services, available when, where, and how constituents need them, to current students, alumni, faculty, staff, and the general public. By tracking, analyzing, and reporting academic information, we inform university decision making. We are committed to providing exceptional service in an inclusive way.

The Registrar's Office is no longer using a fax machine. We are, however, accepting forms and documents through email. Please submit your completed form to registrar@willamette.edu. If your form requires a faculty signature, please CC the appropriate faculty member(s) in your email for their approval.
