Filming and photography are prohibited in Sparks Fitness Center, Sparks Pool, public locker rooms, restrooms, or Multipurpose Rooms (also known as dance studios, yoga rooms, etc) without prior authorization from fitness center staff or a Campus Recreation professional staff.
1. To obtain authorization, a document must be completed and submitted to fitness center staff, and an approval from fitness center staff must be received.
a. To obtain a release, contact the Sparks Fitness Center Staff (located in the fitness center or by calling 503-370-6008), or a Campus Recreation professional (campusrec-info@willamette.edu or 503-370-6892).
b. Authorization documents can be completed during any hours of operation.
2. Anyone photographing or filming in Sparks Fitness Center, Sparks Pool, public locker rooms, restrooms, or a Multipurpose Room without prior authorization will be reported to Campus Safety.
3. Cell phone use is prohibited in public locker rooms.
a. Anyone using their cell phone in public locker rooms will be reported to Campus Safety.
Willamette University Employees
1. Willamette University employees may satisfy the above requirements by completing an annual training provided by the Department of Campus Recreation.
