Located in the Smith Fine Arts Complex, Smith Auditorium is home to Willamette dance performances, the Atkinson Lecture Series, Oregon Symphony Concerts, and other events. The venue holds up to 1230 people and includes adjacent lobbies and a box office.
- Hudson Concert Hall
Located in the Mary Stuart Rogers Music Center, Hudson Concert Hall is one of most beautiful architectural-crafted spaces. It is home to the majority of the Willamette University Music Programs. The auditorium capacity is 420.
- Hudson Concert Hall
Hudson Concert Hall features built-in risers, a grand piano, standing organ and excellent acoustics. Willamette University Music performances and other academic events have priority in Hudson Concert Hall. Therefore, space availability is limited. Any reservation requests for Hudson Concert Hall must be pre-approved. Please contact the Scheduling Office in University Services.

Located in the Montag Center, this small conference rooms features a board meeting table that will comfortably seat 8 people.
- Parents Conference Room
Located in the Putnam University Center, this quaint conference room comfortably seats 15.
- Alumni Lounge
Located in the Putnam University Center, the Alumni Lounge is appropriate for conferences, banquets and receptions. Here are the available setup types:
- Banquet = round tables with 8 chairs (Capacity 64)
- Theater = chairs in a row with an aisle (Capacity 80 - 100)
- Info Fair = 10 to 12 rectangular tables (6-foot or 8-foot), 2 chairs each around room perimeter (Capacity 80)
- Reception = 3 or 5 round tables with chairs, open space for mingling, 20 chairs around perimeter, 2 rectangular tables for a bar (Capacity 80)
- Banquet = round tables with 8 chairs (Capacity 64)
- Cat Cavern
Located on the second floor of Putnam University Center, Cat Cavern is appropriate for banquets, receptions, information fairs and conferences. The room contains a podium, screen, Willamette University banner, side dining room area for catering tables and outside decks, weather permitting. Diagrams are required for large-scale events in Cat Cavern. Here are available setup types:
- Banquet =25 round tables with 8 chairs (Capacity 200)
- Theater = chairs in a row with an aisle (Capacity 200 - 250)
- Info Fair = 25 rectangular tables (combined 6-foot and 8-foot), 2 chairs each around room perimeter
- Reception = round tables with chairs, open space for mingling, chairs around perimeter, buffet and bar in Dining Rooms 1 & 2

- Jason Lee
Named after one of the university founders, the Jason Lee Conference Room is located in Goudy Commons. This beautiful conference room seats 14 to 16 people with a wonderful creekside view. Staff and students may check availability using the EMS online scheduling portal and must confirm catering details with Bon Appetit.
- Willson-Hines Rooms
Located in Goudy Commons, the Willson-Hines Rooms are nestled next to the Mill Stream, with windowed walls providing natural light in a peaceful setting. The Chloe Clarke Willson Room, capacity 36, has a folding wall that separates it from the Gustavus Hines Room, capacity 56. When combined, the Willson-Hines Rooms seat 92. Please consult with Bon Appetit when requesting use of this space.

Located at TIUA, the Kaneko Auditorium is a small auditorium for lectures, workshops, training and small-scale productions.

- Ford Hall Room 102
Also known as the Kremer Board Room, Ford 102 is housed in Ford Hall. A Gold LEED Certified building, Ford is home to state-of-the-art technology and features solar power, rain water collection and recycling, and furniture built from campus trees removed for the construction.

Kremer Board Room, which has a capacity of 56, is equipped with audio visual equipment including built-in projectors, sound, along with a podium. Kremer Board Room works well for conferences and meetings, especially events with catering. Please consult with Bon Appetit to discuss options for coffee and tea service, breakfast, lunch and snacks.
- Ford Hall Rooms 222 and 324
Ford Hall Rooms 222 and 324 are conference-style classroom in Ford Hall. Each rooms features a conference table for 16, plasma televisions and state-of-the-art technology.

Ford Room 122 is also known as the Smullin Film Studies Theater and has a capacity for 108. This room, resembling a movie theater, is home to surround sound and digital quality displays (VHS, DVD, Blu-ray). No food or drink is allowed.

The Smullin Film Studies Theater features theater-style chairs with hidden desks for note-taking. Academics have the highest use priority in the theater. Staff and students can check availability through the EMS online scheduling portal. No food or drink is allowed.

Autzen is located on the third floor in the Putnam University Center. It contains a large conference room that seats 20. There is no projector in the room.

The John C. Paulus Lecture Hall (Law 201) in College of Law seats 158. It is equipped with built-in projectors and sound, a podium and desk seats for note taking. Academics have the highest priority for use. Students and staff can check availability through EMS online scheduling portal.

Harrison Conference Room is located on the third floor of Putnam University Center. It has capacity for 16 people.

- Rogers Music Rehearsal Hall
The Rogers Rehearsal Hall is used for academic music rehearsals, auditions, performances and special events. Capacity is 80 people. Reservations require pre-approval by the Scheduling Office in University Services.

- Hallie Ford Museum Lobby
The Hallie Ford Museum Lobby provides space for receptions and special events. It requires event security, which is paid for by the event planner and organizer. Staff and students can check availability in the EMS online scheduling portal or reach out to the Scheduling Office.
