Move-in day for Jump Start participants is Friday August 18, 2023, between 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. Please plan accordingly and arrive early to get settled. Have systems in place to help your move go smoothly. We will have some student leaders around to help, but we suggest having a portable dolly cart, rolling cart, or lots of extra hands, etc. to help with the move into your room.

| 8 a.m. – Noon | Check into your rooms, Matthews Hall Address for check-in: Parking lot, 12th St SE, Salem, OR 97301 A linQ leader will assist you in obtaining your room key and photo ID card and will walk you to your room so you can unload your belongings. |
| 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. | Mail Center hours, Putnam University Center The mail center will be open for students to pick up any packages they may have had delivered to campus. |
| 12:15 p.m. | Family Orientation Session, Mary Stuart Rogers Music Building, Rogers Rehearsal Hall University staff from student affairs, housing, orientation, and the Jump Start program will be available for questions. After the welcome, families are free to depart campus. |
