The student accounts office is responsible for the billing and collection of tuition and fees for the university. To make this process as easy as possible, we offer convenient online access to your account with multiple payment options including payment plans.

Direct Deposit for Refunds & Reimbursements
You can set up direct deposit for student account refunds and for expense reimbursements in just a few minutes! (This is NOT the same as payroll direct deposit!) Log in to the WU Portal, then click on Self Service to get started! Once you're in, click on Banking Information. (Questions? Click here)
Willamette University will reset its standard tuition price for the 2021-2022 academic year.
This means that our standard undergraduate tuition rate will be lowered almost 20%, in order to more accurately represent what students actually pay after scholarships and financial aid are applied. (Read more about this news.) Next year’s tuition rate applies to students in the College of Arts and Sciences.
We've Moved! Limited Office Hours
All employees in Accounting, Student Accounts, and the Cashier's Office started working from home on March 23rd and will continue to do so throughout the 2020-21 school year.
Effective August 12, 2020, we have merged our office with the Accounting office in Room 104 of the University Services Building.
Since November 18th, our office has been closed to walk-in traffic until further notice.
