The student accounts office is responsible for the billing and collection of tuition and fees for the university. To make this process as easy as possible, we offer convenient online access to your account with multiple payment options including payment plans.
Office Closed - Employees Working from Home
Effective Monday, March 23rd, our office is closed and our student accounts employees are working from home.
But fear not - we are here to help! You may contact us by calling our normal office phone numbers or sending an email to email@example.com and we will assist you. Additionally, please use Bill+Payment (see access below) to see your account balance and activity, make payments, or download your 1098-T.

Direct Deposit for Refunds & Reimbursements
You can set up direct deposit for student account refunds and for expense reimbursements in just a few minutes! (This is NOT the same as payroll direct deposit!) Log in to the WU Portal, then click on Self Service to get started! Once you're in, click on Banking Information. (Questions? Click here)
