The student accounts office is responsible for the billing and collection of tuition and fees for the university. To make this process as easy as possible, we offer convenient online access to your account with multiple payment options including payment plans.

Spring Semester Info

Start the semester off right by keeping these key dates in mind! 

  • Balance due date: Your account balance due date is the first day of class. The fastest and safest payment method is Bill+Payment. If you wish to pay by check, note our payment address below.
  • Payment Plans: You may sign up for a payment plan with either 3 or 4 payments by logging into Bill+Payment. These must be set up before the first payment is due for that particular plan. 
  • Student Health Insurance: If you are new to the University this semester, you may opt out of the University's health insurance plan. The deadline is January 30th. 
  • CAFES Fee Opt-Out: Students who do not wish to contribute $25 per semester to the Community Action Fund for Equity and Sustainability (CAFES) Fund may opt out by January 30th. This can be done in the Portal (click on Student Self Service, then User Options, then Required Agreements). 

2022 Form 1098-T

The 2022 form 1098-T was posted to the Bill+Payment portal for all qualifying students on January 25, 2023. All prior year forms are also available for download as well.

Direct Deposit for Refunds & Reimbursements

You can set up direct deposit for student account refunds and for expense reimbursements in just a few minutes! (This is NOT the same as payroll direct deposit!) Log in to the WU Portal, then click on Self Service to get started! Once you're in, click on Banking Information. (Questions? Click here)


Student Account Payments by Check

In June of 2021, we implemented a bank lockbox service for tuition payments. If you are mailing a check as payment to a student account, please mail to:

We've Moved!

Effective August 12, 2020, we have merged our office with the Accounting office in Room 104 of the University Services Building. We are no longer in Waller Hall.
