- Absent from class for one week or more
If a student is absent from class for a week or more, they should communicate with their faculty to develop a plan to catch up. If the absence is anticipated in advance, the student should communicate with their faculty member in advance whenever possible. Students can also contact the Office of Student Affairs at student-affairs-office@willamette.edu or 503-370-6447 for additional support.
- Academic support & tutoring
Academic Support aids the academic efforts, engagement, and achievements of College of Arts & Sciences students by providing services geared towards student success. The Academic Support team can be reached at 503-370-6505 or academicsupport@willamette.edu.

The College Advisor provides regular meetings with and monitoring of students who are on academic probation. The College Advisor can be reached at 503-370-6737 or student-success-hub@willamette.edu.
- Accommodations for learning, physical, medical, & mental disabilities
Accessible Education Services (AES) facilitates the accommodation request process and provides holistic support for students that experience disability or identify as disabled. AES can be reached at 503-370-6737 or accessible-info@willamette.edu.
- Bias report
Community members should report any act of discrimination act of bigotry, harassment or intimidation based on actual or perceived race, religion, color, ethnicity, national origin, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetic information, disability, status as a protected veteran, pregnancy, marital status, or any other category protected by law. There are a variety of possible next steps and outcomes from any Bias Report. - Bills & student accounts

- Career opportunities or career counseling
Career Development assists students in defining their professional goals, obtain career-related experiences, enhance their strategies for networking and the job/internship search, graduate school preparation, and other meaningful post-graduate opportunities. On the PNCA campus, students can utilize Bridgelab Career Services.
- Clubs & activities

- Community service
The Office of Community Service-Learning encourages a sense of civic responsibility by cultivating mutually beneficial relationships within the greater Salem community. Additionally, the Student Organizations directory page lists many of the student clubs and organizations that engage in community service. - Conflict resolution
Conflicts occur for many different reasons. It is often helplful to have a collaborative and supportive partner when resolving conflict. If a student wants assistance with a conflict, they can contact the Office of Student Affairs at 503-370-6447 or student-affairs-office@willamette.edu.
