Tori Ruiz

Student CARE and Conduct Case Manager

Tori is a graduate of George Fox University with a degree in Social and Behavioral Studies, specializing in human development.  She worked in Residence Life from 2004-2015, focusing on the conduct system since 2004, and the Title IX process since 2008.  In 2009-10 she completed the Willamette Valley Higher Education Human Resources Management Development Series.  She received a certification in Clery Act Reporting in 2016.  She has completed the Level 2  ATIXA Title IX Coordinator Training and Certification, as well as the ASCA Sexual Misconduct Institute. 

Tori received the first annual Buzz Yocum Service to Campus award in 2011 and was presented with the Sue Rauch Distinguished Service to Athletics award in 2019. She served on the President's Task Force on Equity and Inclusion along with University Council.
