Accessible Education Services

  • Get a learning accommodation

    During July:

    Please see the instructions on how to request an accommodation on this web page. Since you will not have a Willamette network account until August, please contact Accessible Education Services using the contact information at the bottom of our web page to request an accommodation.

Building Access & Parking

  • Access to PNCA campus buildings

    After receiving a PNCA ID card you will be able to access the main 511 campus during normal open hours. Access to PNCA Glass will be provided by keycard access.

  • Access buildings on the Salem campus

    You will need a Willamette ID card for the Salem campus. This web page is being updated with a form to request access to buildings on a campus that is not your 'home' campus.

  • Get parking access on the Salem campus

    During July & August:

    No permits are required in standard parking lots until August 30. Sales of permits for the next academic year begin July 6.

    Prior to August 30th:

    Purchase a parking permit on this webpage. You must have a valid Willamette network account.

Career Services

  • Find workstudy jobs

    During July:

    You will be able to find and apply for workstudy jobs once you have your Willamette user ID in August.

    Beginning in August:

    Once you have your Willamette user ID, PNCA students searching for work-study jobs can search for opportunities using Handshake. Students log in with their Willamette credentials, then can job search specifically for on-campus postings to find work study jobs.

  • Get career resources (internships, post-grad, etc)

  • Submit financial aid documents

    During July:

    If you have applied for financial aid during the PNCA admission process or as a continuing PNCA student, your information has been transferred to the Willamette Financial Aid Office. If you still need to provide additional documents, we will contact you via email with a list of what is still required and instructions for how to submit them to our office. Please contact us using the contact information at the bottom of this web page if you have any questions.

    Beginning in August:

    If you have applied for financial aid during the PNCA admission process or as a continuing PNCA student, your information has been transferred to the Willamette Financial Aid Office. Health Forms

  • Submit student insurance waivers

    Health Insurance Waivers* may be submitted per the instructions that appear on the form. Please note that your waiver of insurance is effective for the entire academic year. This is different from PNCA’s past practice of having a waiver period each semester. Missing the form? Please email studentaccounts@pnca.edu for a replacement.

    *Enrollment/waivers for eligible students meeting the corresponding credit hours is/are annual and will apply for the entire 2021-2022 policy year. Students who waive/enroll Fall 2021 semester are choosing to waive/enroll for both Fall and Spring Semesters (if eligible for both Fall and Spring Semesters based on credit requirement), the opportunity to waive/enroll will NOT be provided again in the spring semester; Spring open enrollment and waiver period is only applicable to new incoming students or students NOT enrolled Fall 2021 semester. Late enrollment or waiver requests will not be accepted.

  • Submit Immunization records

    For Fall '21:

    Your immunization records can be submitted through the PNCA admissions system. Please see the Student Status page in the PNCA admissions system to download your immunization form. These immunizations are due on July 22nd, so they must be submitted via the PNCA process for the Fall '21 semester.

    For Spring '22 and beyond, there will be a Willamette process that will be communicated at a later date

  • Submit COVID vaccine attestation

    For Fall '21

    Students are expected to be fully vaccinated prior to their arrival on campus for the Fall 2021 semester and submit confirmation of their vaccination by July 26th.

    Please submit this form to verify your COVID vaccination. All students attending Pacific Northwest College of Art are required to be “fully vaccinated” to access campus. This vaccination requirement applies to all students, including full-time and part-time students, undergraduates and graduate students, domestic and international, and residential and non-residential students and those in both degree and non-degree granting programs.

ID Cards

  • Get a PNCA ID card

    To receive a PNCA ID card, please submit your photo using this form. PNCA Technology will create an ID for you to pick up at the 511 campus.

Information Technology

  • Get a Willamette email address

    You will receive an email inviting you to create your Willamette email account in early August.

  • Move my digital stuff from my PNCA account to my WU account (transfer files, etc.)

    You will be invited to set up your Willamette network and Google Suite account in early August. You will receive additional email communication with instructions guiding you through the account transition process.

  • Submit an IT service request

  • Get on the wifi on the Salem campus

    Beginning in August:

    You will be able to search for employees on the Willamette website, using the People search, to find their contact information. You can find a department using this A to Z index.

  • Look up student contact information

    During July:

    Please use https://homeroom.pnca.edu to find fellow students.

    Beginning in August:

    If you are on campus (Salem or Portland) or using the Willamette VPN, you will be able to see student contact information via the People Search on the Willamette website. An online directory of students will be available in Colleague Self-service in Fall '21.

Student Accounts

  • Submit a student financial agreement

    Beginning in August:

    All students are required to accept the Student Financial Responsibility Agreement, which outlines the financial terms and conditions associated with enrollment at Willamette. Once you create your Willamette User ID, please login to Bill+Payment to accept your Student Financial Responsibility Agreement prior to August 31st.

  • Pay my deposit

  • Get my account statement

    During July:

    Please submit a request to registration@pnca.edu.

    Beginning in August:

    Fall charges will be billed the first week of August. The charges will be posted by Willamette’s Student Accounts team and will be viewable in the Bill+Payment system immediately. Your first statement will be mailed to you. All subsequent statements will be posted electronically on the Bill+Payment system.

  • Pay my bill

    During July:

    See the most up to date information on the Willamette Student Accounts website. PNCA’s student payment system will be changed to read-only access on June 30th at 5:00PM. This means students will only see past account activity, but may not make electronic payments or see activity that occurred during the transition period. Check payments made during the transition period will be viewable after gaining access to Willamette’s Bill+Payment portal on or around August 2nd.

    Payments made during the transition period: You may only make payments by check during the transition period on any outstanding balances. Please make checks payable to Willamette University and include your PNCA student ID number on the memo line. Payments may be mailed to the following address:

    Please note: your account balances will not be updated during the transition period. Any payments made during the transition period will appear when you log in to Bill+Payment in August.

    Beginning in August:

    See the most up to date information on the Willamette Student Accounts website. Access to Willamette University’s Bill+Payment system will occur on or around August 2nd. You will be contacted with instructions on how to access this system as that date approaches. This will occur after you receive your new Willamette email address because the login credentials to Bill+Payment are the same as your login credentials to your Willamette email.

  • Submit a payment plan

    During July:

    You will not be able to submit a payment plan until August. Please refer to the Willamette Student Accounts website for further information.

    Beginning in August:

    Payment Plans will be available on Willamette’s Bill+Payment system after fall billing is posted. If you choose a payment plan, there is a $30 per-semester sign-up fee that is billed to your student account. You will have a choice between:

    • 4-payment plan (payments due on the 10th of September, October, November & December)
    • 3-payment plan (payments due on the 5th of October, November & December)
  • Get my parent access to view & pay my bill

    During July:

    You will not be able to gain billing access until August. Please refer to the Willamette Student Accounts website for further information.

    Beginning in August:

    Authorized users have access to your student account statement and can make electronic payments through Bill+Payment. For more information on how to establish your parent/guardian as an authorized user, please refer to our Bill+Payment information webpage at Accessing Your Bill. Please note that Willamette uses Bill+Payment as its official billing method. Students are responsible for adding authorized users on Bill+Payment to grant access to student account information, statements, online payments and payment plans.

  • Set up direct deposit for student account refunds and expense reimbursements

    During July:

    You will not be able to set up direct deposit until August. Please refer to the Willamette Student Accounts website for further information.

    Beginning in August:

    You can sign up to have any student refund or expense reimbursement deposited directly into your bank account. Visit here to learn more: https://willamette.edu/offices/accounting/direct-deposit/.

  • Get my refund

    During July:

    You will not be able to get a refund until August. Please refer to the Willamette Student Accounts website for further information.

    Beginning in August:

    This is part of Willamette's normal process. No action is needed by students. Please refer to the Willamette Student Accounts website for further information.
