Biography
Prior to coming to Willamette University, Reyna Meyers' experience included providing customer service at various financial institutions. Meyers began her career at Willamette University in the Registrar's Office. In February of 2021, she completed her 16th year at Willamette.
Meyers provides administrative support to the Center for Ancient Studies and Archeology, Archaeology, Classics Studies, English, History, Philosophy, Public Health and Religious Studies departments and the Native American Program.
In May of 2019 Meyers was awarded the Buzz Yoccum Campus Service Award and in 2010 the Employee of the Year. She also received the 2012 Staff Sustainability Award and in 2015 Outstanding Support Award from the Asian Pacific American Law Students. Her volunteer work with Willamette includes serving as an advisor seven times for the Take a Break (TaB) alternative spring break program. Additionally, she is a Title IX advisor and a member of the Native American Advisory Council.
After successfully completing several courses with the College of Arts & Sciences, she enjoys working with students across Willamette University and helping them become more successful.
