Left - Right: Michael Kron, Norman Williams, Jenin YounesPanel Discussion

Willamette Law’s Center for Constitutional Government brings together legal experts to discuss the constitutionality of COVID vaccine mandates.

Join the Center for Constitutional Government for a panel discussion on the constitutionality of COVID vaccine mandates.  Can the government require students receive the vaccine?  Government Employees? The public generally? If so, what does that say regarding the constitutional right to bodily autonomy, as recognized in Roe v. Wade?  Michael Kron, Special Counsel to the Oregon Attorney General, will present the arguments in favor of the legality of the mandates, and Jenin Younes, a lawyer with the New Civil Liberties Alliance who has challenged several vaccine mandates, will present the arguments against such mandates.
