Biography
Professor Itai Fiegenbaum is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Law Fiegenbaum teaching Business Organizations, Unincorporated Business Entities, and Mergers and Acquisitions. Prior to joining Willamette, Professor Fiegenbaum was a Fellow at the Harvard Law School Program on Corporate Governance and served as a co-editor of the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation.
Fiegenbaum’s research, which can be found here, focuses on the regulation of mergers and similar conflict situations in corporate law.
