Biography
Marisa is the Program Coordinator for the Early Career/Career Change MBA Program and the Executive Development Center, providing administrative support and assistance to faculty and students. Prior to joining the Atkinson school in February of 2022, she spent 10 years as assistant to the faculty at Willamette Law.
Before coming to Willamette, Marisa owned and managed DigiType Transcription, LLC, a medical and legal transcription service, and served as an admin for several companies, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, SAIF Corporation, and the State of Oregon Workers’ Compensation Board.
A native Oregonian, Marisa attended McNary High School, Chemeketa Community College, and Oregon State University. Outside of the office, she is a freelance photographer who enjoys capturing senior photos, lifestyle portraits, and the occasional fine art image. Marisa spends her free time with her family, drawing, reading, and rooting for the Timbers and the Trailblazers.
