Professor Billunta Carter has been working in the fields of education and second language acquisition for approximately 20 years. He has a special interest in academic writing and content-based learning. In the classroom, Prof. Carter works hard to facilitate a positive atmosphere of cooperative learning with a focus on critical thinking. Prof. Carter was born and raised in Arizona in the United States.  He subsequently taught and lived in Prague, Czechia, Seoul, South Korea, and Osaka, Japan. Prof. Carter enjoys participating in and watching a wide variety of sports. During his free time, he enjoys traveling and trying new cuisines.
