Composting at Willamette

Bring composting to your residence hall, building, house, or office! Learn how to start disposing of food waste in a sustainable and efficient manner. We hope to resume this program later this year.

Become an On-Campus Composting Representative for Your Residence Hall

  1. Click here to fill out the composting contract.
  2. Email compost-info@willamette.edu to notify us of your interest in composting.
  3. The compost bin can either be delivered to you, or you can pick it up, please include your preference in the email.

Interested in Composting Off-Campus?

We're happy to help! Buy a compost bin through Students for Sustainability and we will provide support for your composting needs. (ex. how to deal with fruit flies, maggots, or other unsanitary issues). If you have any questions or concerns contact compost-info@willamette.edu.
