Career Services provides a wealth of information and assistance

• SIGI-3 (a computerized career assistance tool) offers interest-testing
• Career Library
• experienced and helpful staff

Workshops are offered throughout the school year to assist with writing resumes, cover letters, personal statements, graduate school applications, determining a major, job searches, and interviewing.

Career Services also provides Credential Files, serving as a student's "central collection agency" for letters of recommendation, current resumes, course listings, etc.

Juniors and Seniors are encouraged to participate in November's Alumni Speed Networking event.

Every spring semester, the Career Services office, in cooperation with the Oregon Liberal Arts Placement Consortium (OLAPC), offers the First Avenue Career and Graduate School Fair. Students at all levels (Freshmen - Seniors and first year alums) can talk and even interview with employers for internship, summer, and full-time job opportunities.
