Welcome to Counseling Services

The counseling staff offers psychological counseling to assist individual students, couples, and small groups to deal with personal crises, social and academic transitions, family relations, alcohol and other drug problems, and any other issue of concern to the individual. There is no charge for this service.

For an appointment, visit our office or call 503-370-6471. If you need an appointment urgently, please let the secretary know.

All discussion with the counselor is strictly confidential.

In case of crisis after hours, call ext. 6911 and ask for the Area Coordinator. He/she will call back to assist you.  If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts after normal business hours and need to speak to a qualified mental health professional immediately, you may also call Northwest Human Services Hotline at (503)581-5535 or the 24 hour Suicide Prevention Hotline at 1-800-273-8255.

Closed for lunch from 12 to 1 p.m.
