Proof of Enrollment
Students and alumni who need proof of enrollment for insurance companies, employers, etc. may request an enrollment verification letter in person or via email, using this request form. Student ID number is optional for alumni. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for this service.
In the College of Liberal Arts, the normal program includes four credits per semester. Each credit is equivalent to four semester hours or six quarter hours. A student may register for up to 4.5 credits without extra charge. A student is considered full time if registered for 3.0 or more credits. A student is considered in good academic standing if he or she is not on academic probation.
Graduate students should contact their respective programs. There is no charge for this service.
Teacher License Verifications and Institutional Recommendations for Completed Endorsements
Graduates of the Graduate School of Education who need teacher license verifications and/or institutional recommendations for completed endorsements may submit necessary forms to the Registrar's Office for completion. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for this service.
