Sarah Kutten serves as the Assistant Director of Career Management. She is an accomplished student affairs professional with a passion for developing innovative programs and resources for diverse learners. She continuously draws upon her broad base of experiences working in higher education to develop and advance strategic initiatives. Her career trajectory has involved coordinating student/faculty research teams internationally, leadership development, career management, external relations, program development, assessment, and research. As a scholar-practitioner, her research focuses on the impacts of ePortfolio creation on student identity and self-authorship in higher education.
