Handshake is a new system that has replaced GradLeaders. With Handshake, students can view thousands more employers even if Willamette MBA has not worked with them yet. Students can also read other students’ experiences with employers and setup alerts when employers post jobs.
Like GradLeaders, students will use this system to RSVP for events, schedule coaching appointments, and apply for jobs.

GoinGlobal, international students’ new best friend
If you’re interested in an international career or want to work in the U.S. as an international student, GoinGlobal is your new best friend. There are corporate profiles for over 450,000 local and multinational companies throughout 193 countries. As well, they have more than 16 million job postings that are H1-B friendly.

On this platform, you can practice your interview skills using a camera and responding to their database of 7,000+ questions. Want to share your responses with Career Management or a mentor for feedback? Just click a button and they can provide feedback. If you want a mock interview for a specific job interview coming up, Career Management can create a customized interview sequence. You can practice those questions in the privacy of your own space and upload your video response when you’re ready for feedback.
InterviewStream also has webinars where experts provide advice on interviewing through tips and videos.
