Biography
Nikola Douglas-Tavani (she/her) is originally from Los Angeles, California; however she spent her undergraduate years just down The 5 in Eugene, where she earned her A.S. in Hospitality Management from Lane Community College, and her B.A. in Medieval Studies with a minor in Classical Civilization from the University of Oregon. She is currently pursuing an MA in Higher Education Leadership at Bushnell University.
After recently moving back to the area from California, Nikola is thrilled to be in Oregon and at Willamette as a Bearcat!
Outside of work, Nikola enjoys spending time with her partner and their grumpy cat, Meatloaf. She loves to paint miniature figurines, watch Star Trek, and expand her ever-growing collection of Funko Pops!
