Requirements

Requirements for the Civic Communication and Media Major (36 semester hours)

Core (8 semester hours)

  • CCM110 Introduction to Communication Studies (4)

  • CCM496W Research Communities Capstone (4)

Application and Design (8 semester hours)

Any two, 200-level CCM courses.

Methods and Topics (12 semester hours)

Any 12 credits from 300-level CCM courses.

Electives (8 semester hours)

Eight additional hours in CCM. All electives must be at the 200 level or above; at least 4 semester hours must be at the 300 level or above
