The average occupation growth is around 3%, showcasing an increase in demand for data science. The median annual wage for data scientists was $112,590 in 2024. This data includes salaries from different states and across different industries.

According to the BLS in 2023, the annual mean wage for Data Scientists in Oregon was $124,480. The national mean annual wage was $119,040.

Do you need a master's degree for Data Science?
