Enrolling School of Computing and Information Sciences Students

Follow these steps to complete your enrollment process. If you have any questions, please contact the admissions team.

  1. Confirm Your Intent to Enroll. Complete the form available on your application portal.
  2. If you plan to finance your education with federal student loans, connect with Willamette’s Office of Financial Aid.
  3. We need official transcripts from each school you have attended. Contact the admissions team for instructions.
  4. Upload your student ID card photo. We'll have your card ready for you to pick up when you arrive on campus.
  5. Confirm or update your emergency contact information.
  6. Submit your online health history and immunization information to Bishop Wellness Center via the Student Health Portal. Instructions, including information about SB 274 per Oregon law, will be sent via email. Contact SaVanna Krall with questions.
  7. Learn more about Willamette’s student health insurance and how to waive coverage should you already have a comparable plan.
