Parent and Family Meal Tickets

If you are coming to campus to move your student into the residence halls and/or participate in Opening Days events, we welcome you to join them for a picnic dinner from 5:00–6:30 p.m. on Brown Field.

You do not need to purchase a ticket for your student, as their meals are covered by the Opening Days dining plan.

• Grilled stone fruit and arugula salad with herbed goat cheese, local Durant Olive Oil, sweet crushed strawberry vinegar, Jacobsen Sea Salt
• Summer mixed greens salad with local heirloom tomatoes, crispy carrot ribbons, sunflower seeds, mint, quince vinaigrette
• PNW summer rice pilaf with sweet peas and chanterelles
• Garlic herb roasted rainbow cauliflower
• Marionberry honey grilled chicken
• Marionberry agave grilled Squirrel and Crow tempeh
