Here are frequently asked questions about subscriptions and Flexpasses.

Subscriptions

How do subscriptions at Willamette Theatre work?

Subscriptions are a discounted way to enjoy all the theatre, dance, and music productions in the Theatre season. Subscriptions offer savings over General Admission tickets, and are even less expensive than Senior prices.

How do I make a subscription?

Visit our "Buy theatre tickets" page to purchase online. Or if you are ready, just click the button below.

How do I select the show dates after I purchase?

  • The easiest way is our Show Dates form.
    After you purchase a subscription, click here to select your dates.

  • You can also choose on the ticketing site itself.
    Click here to reserve your dates online - Just select the show and the program will guide you.

  • You may write an email with your show date/s.
    We will reserve your show date for you. The email address is thtr-tix@willamette.edu.

  • Call us at 503-370-6221.
    Please be aware that the Box Office is student run and open limited hours. You can leave the information on our voice mail, and we will confirm your shows dates when they are entered.

Can I change my dates later?

Absolutely! Just write us at thtr-tix@willamette.edu with your change, or call at 503-370-6221. There is never a charge for subscription date changes.

Can I bring a friend at a discounted price?

We hope you do! Add-on tickets get the same discount as your subscription prices.

What if I miss a production?

We can move an unused subscription ticket to another show within the season. However, we are not able to "bank" or credit tickets into the next season.


Student Flexpasses

How does a Student Flexpass work?

Flexpasses are the biggest bargain we offer - just $5 a show for students. The $20 Flexpass gives you 4 tickets for any performances.

You can "mix and match" the way you use tickets. Think of it like a coffee house punch card. You can visit 4 different shows, bring a group of 4 to a single show, or any combination in between.

Visit our "Buy theatre tickets" page to purchase online. Or if you are ready, just click the button below.

How do I select the show dates after I purchase?

  • After you purchase a Flexpass, you will receive an email form that you can use to choose your dates. If you are not ready, we can send this form to you later.
  • You can also choose on the ticketing site itself. Click here for instructions.
  • You may write an email with your date/s, and we will reserve your show date for you. The email address is thtr-tix@willamette.edu.
  • Call us at 503-370-6221. Please be aware that the Box Office is student run and open limited hours. You can leave the information on our voice mail, and we will confirm your shows dates when they are entered.
