Biography
Sidd brings a diverse background and consistent leadership recognition in conducting security operations and executing security plans in higher education and civil and government agencies. Most recently Sidd has served as the Assistant Director and Interim Director of Security at Whitman College, with prior experience as a campus safety officer at the University of Washington. Sidd has a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Washington and he holds several FEMA emergency preparedness certifications.
Sidd has been featured in an article called, “Bridge Over Barriers,” that discusses the challenges and opportunities to reimagine public safety and build partnerships with students and various departments on campus. Sidd grew up in Asia and enjoys traveling, learning about different cultures, and enjoys staying up-to-date with news and public safety matters around the globe.
