For family and friends of graduates who are not able to travel to Portland for the commencement ceremony, a live stream of the event will be available, courtesy of the Portland Art Museum technical event staff. More information and a link to the live stream will be posted closer to the event date.
There are several hotels located in downtown Portland near our campus and the Mark Building. Families have often stayed at hotels such as the Canopy by Hilton and the Hampton Inn, Pearl District.
Street parking is available near the Mark building on a first-come, first-served basis. PNCA is approximately a 19-minute walk from the venue, and guests are welcome to park and walk from PNCA.
Photos of the graduates and ceremony will be available one week following the event. A link to free photos for download will be sent to graduates.
Due to fire regulations, we ask that guests do not approach the stage for personal photos.
Commencement is a special event for all involved. Please show respect for everyone who has come to share in the experience. Individuals who engage in inappropriate or disruptive behavior will be removed from the event.
The following items are prohibited:
Alcohol. Anyone intoxicated or perceived to be intoxicated will be removed from the event.
