We value your input and appreciate your referrals for highly qualified and motivated prospective students. By participating in our referral program, you can introduce prospective students to the Willamette MBA experience, and contribute to the continued success and quality of our program.

We understand that many of our current students and alums found out about the Willamette MBA program through a friend, classmate, or colleague. We encourage you to pay it forward and help us identify talented individuals who would be a great fit for our program.

Referral Criteria

Current students enrolled in the MBA program have the opportunity to earn a one-time $500 tuition credit on their student account by referring a highly qualified and motivated prospective student to our Early Career/Career Change MBA or MBA for Professionals program. To be eligible for the credit, referring students must be enrolled as a current student in the semester in which the referred candidate begins their MBA program. Please note that the program has no cash value and Willamette University employees are not eligible to participate in the student referral program as a referrer nor as a referred candidate.

To complete a successful student referral, please follow these steps:

  • Complete and submit the online referral form.
  • The referred candidate must be admitted and enrolled in the Early Career/Career Change MBA or MBA for Professionals program.
  • The referred candidate must have completed four weeks of their first semester of the Willamette MBA program, and be in good standing.
