UNIVERSITY ANNOUNCEMENT
Dear students,
I write on behalf of the Willamette University community to express our support for families, friends and neighbors whose lives have been threatened and disrupted by fire in California.
We are committed to supporting you in this difficult time. If you are unable to complete your application by the November 15 deadline, we will work with you to make sure that your application and consideration for scholarships and financial aid are unaffected by delays caused by fire or other natural disaster.
We understand it might be difficult to update or complete our online application if you’re displaced from your home or are facing school closures, so we’ve extended the Early Action and Early Decision deadlines to December 1 for any student from California.
