#ZigZagHR New Book from Prof Lisbeth Claus

by Marketing MBA,

Get Ready to ZigZag

In this new and exciting book from Professor Lisbeth Claus and Lesley Arens, HR professionals will learn the concept of #ZigZagHR and how it can position them, their careers and their companies for success during this fourth industrial revolution.

Artificial intelligence, machine learning, data mining, automation...they’re here to stay and HR needs to adapt and use them. HR professionals have to walk a line between the old and the new. They have to decide which old tasks, processes or principles are worth holding onto and which to let go. They have to decide which new principles and technologies will truly add value or just be a flashy fad. They have to zigzag between those two philosophies. #ZigZagHR—Why the Best HR is no Longer HR will show readers how to do it.
