Both with no prior work experience, 23 year-old Liz Hartman MBA’19 now works as a Senior Financial Analyst at Intel, while 22 year-old CJ Walker MBA’20 interned at Wieden + Kennedy over the summer.

They credit Willamette MBA’s tight-knit and helpful alumni community, experiential learning (O’Neill Investment Fund, Angel Fund, and more), Career Management, and Practical Application for Careers and Enterprises (PACE). PACE is a two-semester experiential core course for first-year students, in which students work as consultants to real non-profit organizations, solve real problems, and gain real work experience.
