Our mission

We promote multiculturalism throughout the campus community by delivering a variety of educational programs and services advocating for social justice and diversity.

Services include:

  • Assistance and consultation related to the academic and personal success of multicultural students
  • Multicultural activities and programs for the University and local community
  • Attention to multicultural/diversity issues and concerns of individuals and groups
  • Support for the ongoing development of multicultural and LGBTQ student organizations

Annual Featured Events

August: Ohana

Start your college experience as part of a smaller, intimate group focused on the transitional needs of new multicultural students. Move into your Residence Hall early and take care of the things you will need to do before school begins.

January: Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration

Willamette University Honors Dr. King on the National Holiday. Celebrate Dr. King’s national holiday and birthday.

March: Annual Pow wow
