The objective of the Science Collaborative Research Program (SCRP) is to provide selected undergraduate students a unique opportunity to work directly with faculty in the natural and computational sciences. Past faculty participants include members from the Departments of Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Environmental Science, Exercise and Health Science, Physics, and Psychology.

Funding for the program typically supports up to fourteen students and eight faculty members annually. A $6,000 stipend is provided to each participating student.

Over nine weeks, from June 3rd to August 2nd, students will conduct research and then present their findings at an on-campus symposium. On November 8-9, 2024, participants will present posters at the Regional Murdock Conference.

Come to the SCRP Information Session on February 15th at 7 pm in Collins 205, to meet participating faculty and learn about their summer research plans.
