Facilities

The Facilities Department is responsible for the daily operations, maintenance and upkeep of approximately 1.4 million square feet of academic, residential, administrative and off campus properties situated on approximately 60 acres with all the associated utilities and infrastructure.

Facilities Management and staff are committed to providing a safe, clean and functional campus. Facilities plays a vital role in support of the University's Strategic Plan.

Emergencies

An emergency is defined as Fire, Life, Safety, and Damage to Property. Call extension x6003 to report emergency and then submit a work order.

After 4:00 PM, Monday thru Friday call Campus Safety at ext. 6911 and they will contact the on call supervisor.

Sparks Field construction update

Preparation begins this week, parking and traffic flows to change over the summer.

During construction on Sparks Field, more than half of Sparks parking lot will be closed. Parking will only be available in the rows of spots nearest Bellevue St. Access the parking lot via Winter St. The entry from Bellevue St. will be closed for construction.
