Rich History & Traditions

Each academic year at Willamette is marked by traditions, from Opening Days to Midnight Breakfast during finals. And everyday campus life is also filled with moments from avoiding Mill Stream on your birthday to lingering by our towering Star Trees.

Global Perspective and Reach

More than half of Willamette undergrads study or research abroad—with collective passports stamped in more than 40 countries. But you don’t have to leave campus to experience new-to-you cultures and traditions. You’ll meet students from around the world, enjoy campus celebrations and attend intercultural educational events.
