Submit your COVID-19 booster information

Students are required to enter booster dates and upload a copy of their vaccination card by Feb. 1.

Thank you to every student who has already submitted their booster information and uploaded a picture of their COVID vaccination card. Your diligence is very much appreciated.

Students who have not yet uploaded their information will get weekly email reminders with instructions to upload their information from Bishop Wellness Center. Students must enter the dates, the maker of the booster and upload a picture of the COVID vaccination card to be compliant with the policy. Please check your Willamette student email for more information.

Willamette is not providing exemptions to this policy due to antibody presence from previous COVID infections. If helpful, here is the CDC guidance on when you can be vaccinated after having COVID.

If you have any questions about when to get the booster given your circumstances, please consult with your medical provider.

For those looking for locations that offer the vaccine, both the Oregon Vaccine Finder and the federal Vaccines.gov page show a number of locations proximate to our campuses that have the boosters available. You can further filter the results to your specific location and desired vaccine if helpful.
