Celebrating Black History Month at Goudy Commons

Contact: Tricia Matte

Bon Appetit is celebrating award-winning chef, author and vegan authority, Bryant Terry.

Since 2015, Bryant has served as chef-in-residence at the Museum of the African Diaspora (MoAD) in San Francisco where he creates public programming that celebrates the intersection of food, farming, health, activism, art, culture and the African Diaspora.

Come join us for a plant-forward lunch theme today. We will be serving root vegetable kakiage tempura and dirty cauliflower from the cookbook, "Vegetable Kingdom."

"Vegetable Kingdom" is Chef Bryant's fifth book that was published in the midst of the pandemic in February 2020.
