The Student Directory feature of Self-Service is now available to Willamette University staff and students. It makes it possible for members of the Willamette community to view any student's photograph, preferred name, mail center box number and Willamette email address. It can be found under the "Daily Work" section of the Self-Service toolbar. Additionally, a direct link can be found below.
Please note that the default setting for each student makes all of this information available to view. Students may opt to hide their information in the Directory by logging into Colleague Self-Service and selecting the "No (exclude me)" button in the "Include Me?" section of the Directory landing page.
If you have instituted a FERPA block with the Registrar's Office, you have been preemptively excluded from the Directory. If you wish to have your information displayed in the Directory, you must select the "Yes (include me)" button in the "Include Me?" section.
