Recognizing Mabon, September 23

Contact: Beth D Pfeiffer

The Office of Spiritual & Religious Life acknowledges those who are celebrating Mabon.

Mabon is one of eight gatherings that Wicca celebrates throughout the year. This one is part of the Autumnal Equinox in the northern hemisphere. It is a celebration of the second harvest and being thankful.

Apples are part of the second harvest and the Equinox signifies the change of the season.
