Enhance your leadership skills with the Leadership for Managers Certificate Program.

Registration is now open for our second online cohort of the Leadership for Managers Certificate Program.

Our Leadership for Managers program looks at managerial capabilities, how to evaluate them, and build the ones needed to create value for the customer, the employees and the organization. Enjoy the flexibility to reflect on your own capabilities and determine areas for self-improvement and growth.

  • Real-time customized feedback on assignments and coaching by instructor.
  • Small class sizes (maximum 25 learners per cohort) for teamwork and networking.
  • Hybrid HR learning experience through self-study, a series of six online classes at a set time, and practical applications.
