Christina Zepeda is one of our longest Bon Appetit team members: In May, she will have been with the company for 25 years. She started at Willamette in August 2022.
Christina is accomplished in all areas of the kitchen and is currently our grab-and-go extraordinaire and catering cook.
Born in Portland, she has lived in Oregon her whole life. Christina has four sons and one daughter who have blessed her with six granddaughters and five grandsons, ranging in age from 2 to 19 years old.
She loves cooking and runs a small successful (and delicious) tamale business. Christina will often care for her elderly neighbors and take them meals throughout the week. Her favorite foods are menudo and pozole.
