Luvia Humbert has worked with Bon Appetit for seven years. Pre-COVID, she worked alongside Gabi Buron to create those wraps that were a work of art. Now she works the dinner shift, expertly flipping the line from lunch to dinner and resetting the café.
Originally from Guatemala, she has been in the states for 22 years with her husband. Together they have two daughters and one son who have given them an 8-year-old grandson and a 12-year-old granddaughter.
Luvia’s favorite food is salmon, she loves the rain, and a has passion for gardening with the goal successfully growing okra this year.
