Francisca Chavez has been a part of the Bon Appetit family since August of 2015, working on the Cocina line alongside Jose.
She comes from Michoacán, Mexico, and has been in Oregon for 28 years.
Francisca has four sons, two daughters, one granddaughter, and six grandsons.
She loves to laugh and has a great sense of humor. Her favorite food is enchiladas and in her free time, you can find her at the gym or out eating with her kids.
